Getting Started with the STM32

Start STM32 IDE
Click on File:  Select New: Select STM32Project

STM32 Target Selection

Click on Tab Board Selector
Enter in Commercial Part Number NUCLEO-C031C6
Select the board in the Board list and the select Next
